Real Men Love Cheeses

Today I made my first trip to Cowgirl Creamery. I was totally impressed with their selection of cheeses from all over the World, even if the place smelled like my diaper pail. They have cow's milk cheeses, sheep's milk cheeses and goat's milk cheeses, but looked at me funny when I asked where the Mom's milk cheese section was. I can't wait to try the macaroni and cheese that Dad says he is going to make with this Sottocenere.
